Q: I want to return an item under the Consumer Cancellation Rights Legislation:- A: Consumer cancellation Rights from June 13 2014
If for any reason you wish to return a product bought from ACH.world your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a full refund for any item including the outbound delivery charge provided you inform us of your wish to return within 14 working days of receipt of the original order.
You can let us know of your wish to return an item by calling our office on 01535 286 235 or emailing us at returns@achworld.co.uk you will then be given a returns reference. The return of the items is the full responsibility of the customer and the products must be returned in the original packaging as they were received, they must also be securely and safely packaged to ensure they arrive back to us undamaged.
For items returned via the post office please ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
Please allow up to 7 working days from the day we receive the returned items to process the refund
